HB Series 

Table type Horizontal Boring Machine with unique Hydrostatic Rotary Table design for precision and backleash-free positioning upto 0.001˚of B-axis with heavy workpieces. Also ensures that machine has long and maintenance free performance over the years, as compared to friction guideways in B-axis. 


Machining Sizes  (X,Y,Z,W ) :  from 2000 x 1800 x 1300 x 500  mm  to  3000 x 2100x 1500 x 700 mm

Milling Spindles  :  Dia 110 / 130 with 3,500 rpm 

Table Load :  upto 20,000 kgs 

HBF SERIES

Floor type Horizontal Boring Machine with Ram type Spindle and Moving Column X-Axis  is specially designed with Heavy Duty Machining. 

Floor plates with  Hydrostatic Rotary Table provides precision and backleash-free positioning upto 0.001˚of B-axis with heavy workpieces.

Machining Sizes  : from 1000 x 810 x 500 mm to  1400 x 1050 x 600 mm 

Milling Spindles : 3,500 / 6000 rpm  ( others on request ) 

Table Load :  30,000 kgs on Rotary Table
